Are the batteries of the same in U.S. against a European Macbook?
I have a 13.3 "macbook I need to get a new battery for. I originally bought it in Ireland and have since moved to the U.S.. Given the voltage is different here I have to get a battery of Europe would be wrong to use one of the U.S.?
MacBook batteries are the same. The only difference is the power adapter. Just be sure to get one of Apple (which are expensive, I had to buy one.) Those who sell on eBay are usually scams or cheap imitations that may damage the MacBook.

I might want to sell, because I'm thinking in the new macbook. Here are specifications, 1.5GHz CPU, tiger 10.3, 768 MB DDR RAM, CD-recordable drive, 80gb hd 5400 rpm (i get a backlit keyboard again.) And it is in very good cosmetic condition one or two small scratches. The apple refubrished bought last spring.
you should be able at least $ 800, as is RAM substaltial. As for the update on the hard disk that would increase the price definitley
What computer games can be achieved in a system with limited resources MUY?
My Xbox 360 has the RROD quarter at a time so it is being sent back to Microsoft again. In the meantime what I can get games for the PC while I wait? Data System (This computer is quite old and I have not personalized, I can not afford to upgrade because I'm going to get a MacBook Pro in a couple of months, so I'm stuck with this) Pentium 4 – 2.6 GHz with 256 MB of RAM (I know, ouch) 128 MB of video memory in Windows XP If theres anything you need let me know. Besides, I prefer multiplayer games. Racing games, action games, flying games. Anything I like Battlefield 1942 and it works fine on my computer. Any suggestions?

Macbook will not start. I get the message of the launch of Mac OS X, but not open. Tried utility disk, single user mode, but not luck.I can not open it in safe mode, is there any way to make it work again without losing my files, photos, etc?
Try to put your system disk and boot to that (they hold option to get the bios type and click on the disk when it comes up or hold 'c' when you start the machine) – running the system disk is slow, since it has to read from the CD / DVD for everything, but you should be able to lift the Disk Utility. Make a repair disk and then Repair Permissions. If that does not work, go out and grab the latest version of DiskWarrior and run all you can do. If things do not work you are watering and it's probably will have to take in the genius bar, which will probably tell you hafta clean up the disk and start over (or you can simply clean the disk and start over yourself for free)

After some problems with the laptop that water spilled on ..?
last week, I dropped a small puddle of water on the keyboard my macbook and I dried everything out. My laptop is working well, but I've discovered that the built-in webcam is not recognized (which is rare, and which was still functioning, even after the water spilled, then randomly stopped working) and I can not record CDs or anything. I understand the I have that warranty does not cover water damage, but I try to get it fixed without saying i spilled water on it. Is there anyway you could say? if not, I want to know how to fix it probably cost me. thanks i bought it at best buy for a certain
No wonder that work, and now is not because some of the metal parts are rusted inside. If something like this happening to any electronic device, phone, i-phone laptop, a keyboard, etc. music device, remove the batteries if it is easy to do so, remove the outer coverings, put it in a container and put the rice all it can to hide it and bury it completely, and forget that there is even for rice will week.The moisture, the device is saved.

The Sims 3 does not work on macbook, BLACK SCREEN!?
I bought and installed the sims 3, but when a few minutes after launch, the screen goes black, but can be very, very faintly see the running game and audio work. I'm running on a macbook, with 1 GB of RAM and a video card Intel GMA X3100. Be this is an issue where PC Controller date and things, but what I do on a mac!? Thanks!
This same thing happened to me also, apparently because the screen resolution is not right. In the System Preferences screen, change the resolution of 1280 x 800 to 1023 x 768. Worked like a charm for me. It tightens your screen but when you're not playing sims and you will probably want to change it back. What is a bit annoying. However, solves this problem!
I have a macbook for Christmas and everything was working well. The updates for the programs appeared like .. Firmware Update and Garageband and this happened in the New Year. Then I updated my Garageband I was unable to open it says "Can not Garageband open because it is not compatible with this architecture. "So, what should I do? my loading icon in the top left of my screen has an 'x' in the center and did not tell me if my computer is loaded or not. also if you click it a few times to try to figure out what was wrong with the icon of my entire computer shutdown. when I tried to restart did not restart until about the 5th time I tried, and then we started slow. Then I went to iTunes to play music and when I tried to adjust the equalizer off the computer, again. its been charging all day and have problems only when its plugged into the outlet, but should be more than charged. Hello … If you have completely drained the battery, Once you connect your MacBook or MacBook Pro power cord and start the computer, you can see a red X over the battery icon in the menu bar. If you see this, please allow the battery up to five minutes to leave their low-power mode and begin accepting a charge again.
